Terms of service

General rules:
Commissions are for personal use only. Please do not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes.
I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
Preferred means of communication is through Instagram DMs or emails 😌

Payment:
I will only start working on the commission after I receive 100% of the payment.
EUR via PayPal

Process & delivery:
Updates will be sent by stages: rough sketch, lineart, and color checking.
The commission usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete. Except for specific requests, which can take much longer.
Default canvas size is square (2048px x 2048px), 300dpi. Other sizes available (A2, A3, A4, etc.)

Revisions:
The commissioner may request two changes during each stages of the process.
Please provide as many references as possible to avoid problems.

Refunds:
No refunds after I start doing your commission.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances where I am unable to finish your commission a full refund will be given.

Usage:
I reserve the right to post the finished artwork with my watermark online unless we make an agreement beforehand.
